Returns for Damaged Physical Merchandise:

If you receive damaged physical merchandise from Petcerts, we are here to assist you. Returns for damaged merchandise are accepted within 30 days of receiving the products. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team via email at Help@PetCerts.com within 30 days of receiving the damaged merchandise. Provide proof of the damaged product by attaching clear photos to the email. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label. Once we receive the damaged merchandise and assess its condition, we will process a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

Refunds Policy:

Petcerts stands by the quality and accuracy of our services. We do not issue refunds for businesses that unlawfully refuse to accept the letters provided to our customers.

However, we do provide refunds under the following circumstances:

Timely Letter Delivery: If a letter has not been provided to you in a timely manner as determined by Petcerts, we will issue a refund upon verification.

Verification Rejection by Landlord: In the event that a landlord is unable to successfully verify the provided letter, resulting in its rejection, Petcerts will issue a refund.
