PetCerts offers online evaluations with licensed mental health professionals for ESA and PSD letters. All evaluations are performed by independent licensed mental health professionals, and a letter is issued only if your clinician determines you qualify.

Every letter includes your clinician’s name, license number and state. Housing providers can confirm the license with the state licensing board, and PetCerts can verify your letter on request.
An ESA housing letter is $95 + tax and covers one year. If your licensed clinician determines you don’t qualify, you get a full refund, including tax, to your original payment method.
